Body of Delhi Police Inspector found in CP

New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) A suspended Delhi Police Inspector was today found dead close to a prominent landmark in Connaught Place area here under mysterious circumstances.

The body of 55-year-old Devendra Manchanda was found near Gopaldas Towers on the outer circle of Connaught Place this morning, said sources.

Manchanda, who was residing in Kingsway Camp police lines, had been missing for the last two days. His family had even filed a 'missing report' at the police station.

He had been suspended in October 2004.
