No plan to ban pan masala in Kerala: Health Minister

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 12 (UNI) Kerala Health Minister P K Sreemathy today informed the state Assembly that the government had no plan to ban 'pan masala' in the state.

Since 'pan masala', was a standaraised food product as per the Adultaration Act, the state government cannot take any step to ban it, she said in a written reply.
