Haryana: 2 die of dengue, 107 affected
Chandigarh, Oct 12 (UNI) Dengue has claimed two lives in Ambala district of Haryana while 107 dengue cases have been reported in the state so far.
Sunil (20), a resident of Hira Nagar Colony in Ambala City, died of dengue in the local civil hospital last night, a report from Ambala said today.
A six-year-old boy Harsh from Langer Chhani village had died of the deadly disease three days ago.
An official spokesman said Gurgaon district of Haryana accounted for a maximum of 34 dengue cases.Panchkula and Faridabad are the two other districts in the state hit by the deadly disease with 23 and 19 cases respectively.
The Haryana Health Department, he said, was taking all possible measures to tackle the disease in the state.
