Court rejects narco test on Malegaon blast accused

Malegaon, Oct 12 (UNI) A local court today rejected police plea to perform narco-analysis on SIMI activist Nurul-huda Shams-ud-duha, an accused in the serial bomb blasts here in September.

Nurul-huda was arrested after the blasts on September 8 in this power loom town, in which 31 people were killed and about 200 injured. He was sent into police custody till October 16.

A metropolitan magistrate rejected the police plea to take Nurul-huda to Bangalore for the test.
