Woman accuses JD (U) MP of murdering has husband
Chhapra, Oct 11 (UNI) A woman has filed a case against JD(U) MP Prabhunath Singh, in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate here charging the JD(U) leader with killing her husband.
Jiachha Devi, resident of Charihara village in Saran district, in her complaint filed in the court here had alleged that Prabhunath Singh had been exerting pressure on her husband to give statement in the case pending against him for the past few months. ''On September, 10 Prabhunath Singh alongwith his brother Kedar Nath Singh, an MLA, Deenanath Singh and Ram Vilas Singh forcibly took away my husband from the residence and since then he had not returned,'' she said.
'' When I went to Mr Singh's residence, his brother said that my husband had gone to New Delhi and would return along with the MP after Durga Puja. But after the festival, the MPs brother expressed ignorance about whereabouts of my husband'' she alleged.
Jiachha Devi feared that her husband had been killed by the JD (U) MP and his body had been dumped somewhere.
