Vice President Shekhawat condoles Industrialist Suri's demise

New Delhi, Oct 10 (UNI) Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat today expressed deep grief over the sudden demise of the noted industrialist and Rajya Sabha member Lalit Suri, noting that in his death the country had lost a dynamic entrepreneur and an eminent parliamentarian.

In a message to his widow Jyotsna Suri, Mr Shekhawat said ''Mr Lalit Suri was a prominent industrialist who personified the dynamism and enterprise of India.'' As a distinguished Member of Parliament, Mr Suri voiced his concerns on many of lasting public importance and made significant contribution to the socio-economic develoment of the country, he added.
