Two pilgrims die, one injured in collision near Anand

Anand, Oct 10 (UNI) Two pilgrims died this morning when their motorcyle collided against a car near Tarapur on the Vasad-Bagodara highway.

They were on their way to Ganpatipura along with another person to visit an ancient Ganesha temple, when the accident occured. Their fellow passenger however escaped with minor injuries. The car driver fled, leaving his vehicle behind.

The dead have been identified as Vijay Tripathy and Sanabhai Solanki, both residents of Pandoli village in Anand.
