SV University decides to step up internet usage: VC

Tirupati, Oct 10 (UNI) To reduce the use of paper in administration wing, Sri Venkateswara University has decided to send circular to the concerned departments through Internet, SV University Vice-Chancellor S Jayarama Reddy said here today.

In a press release, Mr Reddy said the decision was taken in a 'Information Technology Committee' meeting held recently, to update the varsity's official web site on a regular basis and send circulars through Internet.

To speed up the use of Internet in the varisty, the VC has instructed the concerned officials to increase the band frequency to move messages fast.
