SRTL to merge with SRSL

New Delhi, Oct 10: Rajasthan-based Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd (SRTL) today said that it will merge with Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd (SRSL).

The shareholders, secured/unsecured creditors have unanimously approved the scheme of amalgamation of the company with Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd (SRSL), a company statement said.

With an asset base of Rs 150 crore, Shree Rajasthan Group has three companies--Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd, Shree Shyam Filaments and Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd.
