Motorcycle lifter lynched

Hajipur, Oct 10 (UNI) An irate mob today lynched a motorcycle lifter and wounded two others at Sahwajpur village under Sadar police station area in Vaishali district.

Police said the villagers caught hold of the three criminals when they were trying to take away a motorbike from the market area of Sahwajpur village.

They were beaten up ruthlessly resulting in the death of one and injury to two.

The deceased has been identified as Umesh Rai.
