Human errors caused Cyprus air crash - Greek report
ATHENS, Oct 10 (Reuters) A series of human errors on the ground and in the air caused Cyprus's worst airline disaster, when a plane crashed near Athens last year killing all 121 people on board, the report of a Greek investigation said today.
''The report was submitted just now to the Greek Ministry of Transport and will also be delivered to the Cypriot side today,'' chief investigator Akrivos Tsolakis told Reuters.
