China says UN action against NKorea should be be appropriate

BEIJING, Oct 10 (Reuters) China said today the United Nations should take ''appropriate action'' against North Korea for conducting a nuclear testing in defiance of international warnings.

China was still considering the nature of that action, Chinese Foreign Ministry spopkesman Liu Jianchao told a news conference.
