VHP to play key role in next general elections: Togadia

Hyderabad, Oct 9 (UNI) Vishawa Hindu Parishad (VHP) International General Secretary Praveen Togadia today said the VHP would play an important role in the next general elections.

Speaking to newspersons here, Mr Togadia said ''the VHP would unite Hindus and create confidence among them by completing the construction of Ram Temple at Ayodhya''.

A clear direction in this regard would be announced in a few months, he added.

Calling for the defeat of the political parties ''which were soft and lenient on terrorist activities, he said the VHP would chalk out a plan to play a key role in the next general elections in the country.

He expressed satisfaction over the performance of BJP President Rajanath Singh who supported the rendition of 'Vande Mataram' in schools.
