Tricom India acquires Service Bureau in US

New Delhi, Oct 9: Mumbai-based Tricom India Ltd (TIL) today said that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for acquiring a service bureau in the United States.

The non-voice business process outsourcing company would enter into definitive agreement in couple of weeks, a company statement said.

However, it said that the bureau have scanning operations spread across two locations.

Earlier, the shareholders of the company had given a nod to increase the company's authorised share capital from Rs 11 crore to Rs 20 crore.
