Thailand, Pak, China, Brazil to exhibit goods

Chandigarh, Oct 9: Nearly 250 foreign companies, including those from Thailand, Pakistan, China and Brazil will exhibit their products at the CII Fair being held here from October 13 to 16.

The International Arcade 2006 featuring the Thai Pavilion would bring in around 30 companies from Thailand, displaying an array of consumer products, besides offerings from Pakistan, China, Brazil and Nepal, a Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) spokesmsn said here.

Celebrating its 11th edition, the CII Chandigarh Fair 2006 would serve as an umbrella for the consumer needs ranging from electronics, computers, consumer durables to beauty aids and fitness gadgets, he said.

Infocom 2006- an exposition dedicated to IT and Communications, the North India Auto Show 2006, Finmart 2006 - Banking, Finance and Investments will also be the part of the CII's mega show.

The list of participating companies includes major multinational players as well as small manufacturers of exclusive niche products.
