Naukri.com ties-up with US's largest job site

New Delhi, Oct 9: Giving instant access to a multitude of new job opportunities, leading job portal Naukri.com today announced its tie-up with CareerBuilder.com, the largest online job site in the United States.

The agreement allows the partners to post links to each other's sites ti streamline the job posting process and offer cetralised billing.

''Our partership will make it easier for both companies and job seekers to exchange information in a quick and effective manner,'' Naukri.com Senior VP and Head (International Sales) Vineet Singh said.

CareerBuilder.com's experience in international network of offices will enable Naukri.com to expand the scope of our job opportunities in other country, he added.

Terming the partnership a neutral fit, CareerBuilder.com's President (Inernational Group) Farhan Yasin said, ''Through our alliance, employers will be exposed to a larger pool of qualified candidates, while job seekers from both the countries will be able to search more jobs in virtually every industry.'' India is second largest in terms of workforce with a strength of 48.2 crore people. According to industry estimates, online job market in India has a growth rate of 60 per cent and is valued at 33 million dollars for the current year. It is expected to grow up to 53 million dollars by the end of 2007.

Naukri.com has a database of more than 65 lakh registered users with job postings from over 20,000 corporations. CareerBuilder.com posts 15 lakh jobs and has the records of 2.3 crore unique visitors.
