BSE suspends 4 cos for violating listing accord

Mumbai, Oct 9: The Bombay Stock Exchange has suspended four companies to trade from Oct 30 to Nov three, over non-compliance of listing agreement.

The listed companies are Aaswa Trading&Export ltd, Poonam corporation Ltd, Technojet Consultants ltd, and Prism Finance Ltd, a press release issued here today said.

As per the provisions of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1956, trading in securities of the above four companies will be suspended for the period of five trading days from Oct 30 2006 to November three, 2006, on account of non-compliance with the provisions of clause 16 of the listing agreement.

The suspension of trading in securities of companies will be revoked on November six, 2006, the release added.
