Bank of Rajasthan revises NRE and FCNR rates

Indore, Oct 9 (UNI) The Bank of Rajasthan has revised interest rates on Non-resident External (NRE) and Foreign currency non-resident (FCNR) deposits effective from October 1.

The interest rates on NRE deposits have been revised to 6.30 per cent per annum for one year to less than two years, 6.09 per cent for two years to less than three years and 6.01 per cent for three years and above, says a bank release.

The interest rate on US dollar deposits has been revised to 5.30 per cent per annum for maturity of one year to less than two years, 5.09 per cent for two to three years, 5.01 per cent for three years and above but less than five years and 5.04 per cent for five years.

It said the interest rate for Great Britain pounds has been revised to 5.27 per cent per annum for one year to less than two years, 5.18 per cent for two years and above but less than three years and 5.13 per cent for three years. The interest rate for Euro has also been revised to 3.71 per cent for one year to less than two years, 3.78 per cent for two years to less than three years and 3.77 per cent for three year period only.
