606 members participated in NCDEX trading

Mumbai, Oct 9: As many as 606 members (2,944 users) participated in the trading of National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) till 1700 hrs today and volumes worth Rs 3,998 crore (one-way) were traded.

There were 1,15,640 trades put through by them. Active trades were in guarseed, pepper, chana, chilli, gold and urad desi, according to an NCDEX release.

On Saturday, about 580 members had participated in trading and put through 78,300 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 1400 hrs was about Rs 2,528 crore (one-way). Active trades were in guarseed, chana, pepper, jeera, chilli and urad desi, the release added.
