Ambasssador of Israel to India address seminar at FAPCCI

Hyderabad, Oct 9 (UNI) The Ambassador of Israel to India David Daniel would address a special seminar at Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry(FAPCCI) jointly in connection with the Indo-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry(IICCI) on October 12.

Senior Vice-President of FAPCCI Atluri Subba Rao in a statement today said that to highlight the growing business relations between India and Israel Mr Daniel would visit the city on a two day visit from October 12.

Mr Rao said the vertical growth of potential areas between the State Government and Israel, would be discussed in depth during the meeting.

He said trade between India and Israel had crossed 2.5 billion US dollars. The focus would be on Agriculture, he added.

The Deputy Chairman of the Agriculture Technology Mission D A Somayajulu, who is also the advisor to the State Government, would attend the seminar, he said.

The President of IICCI, Ken Sagar said that they had invited the Ambassador in September 2004 and planned for further ties with Isreal in potential areas.
