One more person died in fresh violence

Mangalore, Oct 07 (UNI) With the death of one more person in fresh violence erupted at night today in Polali on the outscript of the city. The death toll in the violence and communal clashes rose to two.

According to official sources a group of people attacked an ambulance with lethal weapons in whcih six persons were travelling, the group tragged out the passenger and assalted them before setting fire the vehicle.

All the injured were admitted a private hospital where one among them was succumbed to the injuries.

Tension was built up in Polali area and additional police force had been deployed in the area to maintain law and order situation, the police added.
