Varanasi, Oct 7 (UNI) Lok Janashakti Party president Ram Vilas Paswan today said his party had no plans to topple the JD (U)-BJP regime in Bihar.

The public of Bihar had sought a political change and that has taken place, he told newspersons, adding, that the Nitish Kumar government had so far done nothing for the state except making announcements.

''Bihar mein sirf satta mein badlav hua hai aur kisi tarah ka koi bhi jan kalyankari karya nahi hua'' (Bihar has only witnessed a change in government, but no sea change in shabby state of development), Mr Paswan added.

Alleging that law and order scene in Bihar has not improved despite political change in the state, Mr Paswan said his party does not intend toppling the JD(U)-BJP government in Bihar.

Declining any prospects of joining hands with Lalu Prasad's RJD, Mr Paswan, however, said that his party will continue to raise issues like recent rape of a dalit woman in Bihar, alongwith RJD members in parliament.
