Case against Sonia Gandhi, Sanjay Dutt and others

Patna, Oct 7 (UNI) A complaint case was today filed against AICC president Sonia Gandhi, chairperson of Censor Board of Film Certification Sharmila Tagore and the director, producer and actors of the movie ''Lage Raho Munna Bhai'' for allegedly misusing the name of Mahtma Gandhi and making mockeries of his ideologies.

The case was filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Sushma Sinha by Patna High court advocate Shruti Sinha.

In the complaint, it was alleged that the name and photographs of Mahatma Gandhi were commercially misused and the film made a mockery of the ideologies of the Father of the Nation.

As per the case, in the Congress Working Committee meeting, Ms Gandhi appreciated the film and also described it as good propagator of the Mahatma's idelogies.
