Bombay Dyeing goes pastoral

Chennai, Oct 7 (UNI) Keeping in tune with international fashion trends and ensuing festive season, Bombay Dyeing, India's leading bed and bath brand, today launched the 'Bombay Dyeing Country Romance Collection'.

The collection was unveiled by fashion designer Erum Ali along with Art Director and painter Thota Tharani and Head of Domestic Business, Bombay Dyeing, Arun Bhawsingka here.

The collection was an amalgamation of floral vines, soothing solids and conspicuous stripes and checks to infuse a new-age country look into the bedroom.

'The Bombay Dyeing Country Romance bed and bath collection captures the essence of the countryside and the latest fashion trends and brings it to your home. The soft colour scheme, the elegant patterns, all add that touch of romance and warmth in your bedroom' Mr Arun said.

The bedsheet collection was priced at Rs 1249 and towels at Rs 355 onwards. The Country Romance will be available at 400 exclusive Bombay Dyeing stores across the country, multi-brand outlets and large format stores.

In an informal chat with reporters, Mr Arun said Bombay Dyeing was opening ten exclusive bed and bath stores, showcasing the collection.

On the reason for the launch in Chennai, He said Bombay Dyeing had a 70 per cent market share in South India.

Speaking on the occasion, Erum Ali said the latest collections would make Bombay Dyeing customers feel at home in the countryside.
