TRS, Cong lack real poll agenda: TDP

Hyderabad, Oct 6 (UNI) The main Opposition Telugu Desam Party in Andhra Pradesh today said the Congress and its estranged ally TRS imposed an unnecessary bypoll due to 'personal animosities' among its leaders.

Talking to newspersons here, party senior leaders Kadiyam Srihari and E Peddi Reddy alleged that the Congress and the TRS had 'no agenda' to put-forth before the people.

The TRS had remained silent all these years to the omissions and commissions of the Rajasekhara Reddy Government, they claimed, asking as to what the TRS was doing when the government sold away precious Telangana lands allegedly at a throwaway price to 'influential people'.

The TRS had remained silent when Godavari water was diverted to the Andhra region, they added.
