Sanjay Kothari elected as new chairman of gems export council

Surat, Oct 6 (UNI) Sanjay Kothari was elected as the new chairman of Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council(GJEPC), sources said here.

This is for the second time that Kothari is assuming the post.

Chandrakant Sanghvi, is the regional chairman of the council's Gujarat unit.

Both will be in office till september 2008, GJEPC sources said.
