Laik Ram becomes IG Prisons in Haryana

Chandigarh, Oct 6 (UNI) The Haryana Government today posted Mr Laik Ram as Inspector General, Prisons, and also ordered transfer and posting of two other Indian Police Service offices in the state with immediate effect.

Mr Laik Ram was awaiting posting orders. Meanwhile, Mr Rajinder Singh, Superintendent of Police, Faridabad (Rural) has been transfered and posted as Superintendent of Police, HPA at Madhuban.

Mr Jagwant Singh Lamba, Superintendent of Police (Vigilance), Rohtak, succeeds Mr Rajinder Singh.
