Civil services table tennis tournament begins in Gandhinagar

Gandhinagar, Oct 6 (UNI) The All India Civil Services Table Tennis tournament 2006-07 was inaugurated at the Sachivalaya Gymkhana here by the Gujarat Legislative Assemby Speaker Prof Mangalbhai Patel today.

The tournament, which ends on October 10, is jointly being organised by the General Administration Department and the Centre's Sports and Culture Board, said an official release.

Over 250 players from 18 states, Central secretariat and regional sports board are participating.
