CBI asked to re-investigate case against MCD men

New Delhi, Oct 6 (UNI) A CBI court here today directed the investigating agency to further re-investigate case against three MCD engineers allegedly for making payment of Rs 4.71 lakh to Gopal Das without receiving the material.

Special CBI judge G P Mittal rejected the CBI's closure report in 2005 giving all the accused a clean chit.

Three MCD engineers - A C Garg, Gurdip Singh, R C Kaushik - were booked by the CBI in October 2003 under Prevention of Corruption Act.
