AP Govt awards project to Pantaloon Retail consortium

Hyderabad, Oct 6 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh Government has awarded the Rs 137.52 crore rpt 137.52 crore Urban Entertainment Centre (UEC) Project to the consortium led by Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited.

According to an official press release here tonight, 50 to 60 per cent of the built up area will comprise of a shopping mall with the rest occupied by hospitality, leisure and entertainment units.
