PM attends dinner meet organised by Mumbai Congress

Mumbai, Oct 5 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh tonight attended a dinner hosted by Mumbai Congress president Gurudas Kamat at a city hotel.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, his Cabinet colleagues from the Congress party, MPs, MLAs, MLCs and senior party leaders attended the dinner. Petroleum Minister Murli Deora, Minority Affairs Minister A R Antulay, Minister of state in the PMO Prithviraj Chavan also attended the programme.

The gathering also greeted Mr Kamat on his birthday today. Dr Singh is on a two-day visit to Mumbai.
