Health Dept employees defer stir

Puducherry, Oct 5 (UNI) The group " D" Employees of the health department here deferred their ten-day old strike today.

This followed an assurance from the Chief Minister that their demands would soon be considered.

The employees have been demanding the removal of the anomalies in their pay scale.
