HC directs Govt MCD to file ATR on dengue

New Delhi, Oct 5 (UNI) Delhi High Court today directed the Centre the Delhi government and Municipal Corporation of Delhi to file their replies by tomorrow on the action taken to prevent spread of dengue in the capital.

In view of the urgency of the matter, a division bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Vijendra Jain and Justice kailash Gambhir asked the respondents to file their replies on the action taken to arrest dengue epidemic in response to various directions by the court since 1996.

Advocate Rajeev Awasthi mentioned the grave situation in the capital before the court seeking direction to the authorities for immediate action.
