Global investors meet on Oct 4-5

Bhopal, Oct 5 (UNI) The global investors meet, scheduled to be held in January next year to attract industrial investment in Madhya Pradesh, will now be held during October 4-5, 2007.

FICCI General Secretary Amit Mitra has informed the state government about the postponement while informing that many big industrialists and investors were expected to attend it, an official release said.

The Madhya Pradesh Trade Investment Corporation will host the Destination Madhya Pradesh Global Investors Meet.

To attract investments in the state on the sidelines of Pravasi Bharatiya meet, scheduled in New Delhi from January 7-9 next year, the state government representatives will meet a select group of NRIs of Madhya Pradesh origin at Khajuraho on January 16 and 17.

A roadshow will be organised in Mumbai this month to attract capital investment.
