New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) Mumbai Police Commissioner A N Roy and Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) chief K P Raghuvanshi today met Union Home Secretary V K Duggal to brief here about the findings of the probe in the Mumbai and Malegaon blasts.
During an-hour long meeting, Mr Roy is believed to have provided evidence to the Home Secretary about the involvement of ISI-sponsored terrorists in the July 11 Mumbai serial blasts and Malegaon blasts.
The meeting is significant as newly appointed Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon also met the Home Secretary later.
The Foreign Secretary-level talks between India and Pakistan is likely to be scheduled in November here and both the countries have agreed on a joint mechanism to fight terrorism.
Mumbai police had last week solved the Mumbai local train serial blasts in which about 200 people were killed. It had accused the Pakistan's intelligence agency the ISI for masterminding explosions that were executed by activists of the banned Lashkar-e-Toiba and SIMI.
