R Systems International expands Board

Mumbai Oct 4 (UNI) R Systems International Ltd, a leading provider of outsourced product development and customer support services, today announced the expansion of the board of directors with Mr Suresh Paruthi joining as an independent director and Mr Raj Swaminathan, Chief Operating Officer, as an executive director.

With this change, effected at the Board meet last week, R Systems board consists of eight directors of which four are independent directors, said the company in a notice issued to BSE here today.

Currently, Mr Paruthi is the CEO of Venus Oilfield Services Pvt Ltd, a company involved with energy solutions. Mr Paruthi is an alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Mr Swaminathan, who as the Chief Operating Officer of R Systems has been involved with R Systems business since 2000. Prior to R Systems, Raj has had a distinguished 11 year career at GE where he was Vice President&CIO at GE-Countrywide, India and part of the senior GE Global Consumer Finance corporate IT team.
