Precious metals crash on weak global advice

Mumbai, Oct 4 (UNI) Precious metals crashed on weak global advice in the closing session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said today.

Following were the closing rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg) .999 fineness grade: Rs 17,615 (18,305) Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 8,650 (8,880) Gold 99.9 purity pure gold : Rs 8,700 (8,940).
