NTRUHS to conduct counselling

Vijayawada, Oct 4: The NTR University of Health and Sciences (NTRUHS) will conduct first phase of counselling from October nine for admissions to Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and B Sc (Medical Laboratory Technology) courses for the year 2006-07.

According to NTRUHS Registrar P Jayakar Babu, all the merit candidates in the list 1 to 600 should attend the counselling on the first day.

For candidates in 601-500 merit list the counselling would be held on October ten and 1501-2000 merit order, the counselling would be held on October 11.

The counselling for candidates from 2001 to last merit order would be conducted on October 12, he said.

Dr Babu said candidates of Backward Castes (BC) -- A B C D groups should attend the counselling on October 13.

The counselling for SC candidates would be on October 14 and for ST and Physically Handicapped (PHC) it would be on October 15.

He said the second phase of counselling would start from October 28 and ends on October 30.
