Light rainfall in MP

Bhopal, Oct 4 (UNI) Light rainfall occurred in Rewa, Gwalior and Sagar divisions of Madhya Pradesh in the past 24 hours, while other parts experienced dry weather.

Meteorological department said a phase of light rainfall was continuing in the state courtesy a low-pressure area built over southern Chhattisgarh.

Khajuraho turned out to be the hottest place in the state recording a temperature of 37 degrees C, while Shepurkala recorded lowest temperature at 19 degrees C.

A dry weather has been forecast in the state for the next 24 hours.
