Justice Dwivedi cremated

Gwalior, Oct 4 (UNI) Retired High Court Justice Shachindra Dwivedi was cremated here this evening.

He was 70.

Among those present was Mayor Vivek Shejalwar, senior advocates and political leaders.

Justice Dwivedi is survived by his wife and four daughters. The end came yesterday at a hospital in Chandigarh.

The death was condoled by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Assembly Speaker Ishwardas Rohani, his deputy Hazarilal Raghuvanshi, Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Jamuna Devi and Public Relations Minister Narendra Singh Tomar.

Born on February 25, 1937 at Isagarh in Guna district to Mr Brijnarayan Brijesh, who served as Lok Sabha member, Justice Dwivedi chaired a commitee for determining the fee structure of Madhya Pradesh's engineering, medical and technical colleges.
