Hircon sells out property before the beginning of its project

Dubai, Oct 4 (UNI) Hiranandani Group's joint venture with ETA Star Properties of Dubai, Hircon International LLC, sold out 79 per cent of its planned residential apartments even before the project has taken off.

The 90-storey residential apartment, named 23 Marina coming up at the Dubai Marina, is thought to be one of the world's tallest residential buildings and has 288 duplex apartments.

Of these 228 apartments have already been sold out leaving only 60 besides three penthouses.

The project to be completed in 33 months time, said Hircon Director Darshan Hiranandani.

About 30-40 per cent of buyers are from Dubai, but the rest are from India, Pakistan, Russia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Western Europe.

The apartments are priced at Dh 950 to 1,000 per sq ft and the ones on the higher floors are priced at Dh 1,300 per sq ft.
