Gagan finishes fifth in world cup shooting

New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) Commonwealth gold medallist Gagan Narang finished a disappointing fifth in the 10 m Air Rifle in the ISSF World Cup shooting competition in Granada, Spain, today.

The Arjuna awardee shooter scored 697.7 (595+102.7) in his pet event. The Gold went to an Austrian who scored 703.1 points, while Chinese shooters bagged the silver and bronze with 698.2 and 698.1 points respectively, according to information received here today.
