Cop among 2 killed in train accident

Varanasi, Oct 4 (UNI) A police constable was among two people fatally run over by a speeding train in the neighbouring Chandauli district today.

Police said Shambhu Singh (50), a police constable posted in the naxal affected Naugarh area of Chandauli, was run over by a train in Alinagar area.

In another accident in Ganjbasani area of Chandauli, a man was run over by a train. The deceased is yet to be identified.
