CM inaugurates video-conferencing facility

Puducherry, Oct 4 (UNI) Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy today inaugurated a video-conferencing facility at the Secretariat here.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Rangasamy said the Rs 22 lakh facility would be useful to the administration in expeditious disposal of work.

Mr Rangasamy later participated in a video conference with officials in Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam Regions of the union territory. In Yanam Region, Puducherry Tourism Minister Malladi Krishna Rao responded to the queries of the Chief Minister.

Education Minister M O H F Shajahan and senior officials of the territorial administration participated in the function.
