Kazhi lifts dussehra festival wrestling title

Kolhapur, Oct 1 (UNI) Gangavesh Talim wrestler Aslam Kazhi defeated Avdhoot Wadiyar and lifted the Kolhapur Dussehra Festival Kesari title at the Khasbag wrestling arena here today.

The wrestling competition was organised by the district administration as a part of the three-day Kolhapur Dossehra Festival which was inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh last evening.

Maharashtra Rural Development and Tourism Minister Vijaysinh Mohite-Patil was the chief guest at the inaugural function.
