Mumbai, Oct 1: After making significant impact in the Middle East and UK markets, Dubai's reputed real estate agency 'Better Homes' has launched its Indian operations for providing its expertise to the domestic property market.

Responding to a UNI poser, Better Homes LLC Ryan Mahoney said the company provides the largest selection of properties and ensures that each property on offer has been qualified and has ample supportive information. ''We provide our clients the maximum choice and ensure that they make a well-informed proper decision,'' he added.

''Judging by our 20 years of experience in real estate market, we find a lot of scope for professional real estate consultancy in India. We wish to provide with most professional reliable property services,'' said Ms Linda Mahoney, Founder-CEO, Better Homes LLC at an interaction with the media during the week-end.

Replying to a question, Ms Mahoney said ''Better Homes aims to take the 'pain' out of property while providing an easier and more enjoyable customer experience.'' The company offers many services that are a market first and specialist services such as Project Sales&Marketing, Short-term rentals and property management. In this context, the company has launched their property listing magazine for the larger benefit of the people of the metropolis, she elaborated further.

Commenting on the Indian scenario, Better Holmes CEO Raja Kaushal said, ''As time and distance become a constraint, people especially in cities like Mumbai find it difficult to travel in search of their desired property.'' As agents are also scattered over the vast suburbs, Mr Kaushal continued, it becomes all the more difficult to choose the right home.
