BJP wants ban on Musharraf's book for showing JK as Pak territory

New Delhi, Sep 30 (UNI) Taking exception to the map published in Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf's 'In the Line of Fire' which shows the whole of Kashmir and Siachen as part of Pakistan, the BJP today demanded the government to ban the book in India.

BJP Vice President Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said using the map showing Kashmir as the territory of Pakistan showed the mindset of General Musharraf and his country. ''This is a serious issue and the Indian government can not allow the sale of this malicious book in the counters,'' he said.

He said if Gen Musharraf says that it was not a 'deliberate mistake' and issued a correction, then the government can take a lenient view, he said.
