Retired army personnel arrested with ganja

Kishanganj, Sep 28 (UNI) Retired army personnel Binda Singh was today arrested with ganja worth Rs 2 lakh at Kishanganj railway station area.

Police said here today that a team of Border Security Force (BSF) picked up Mr Singh. About 116 Kgs of contraband Ganja was seized, when he was travelling in a Delhi bound Bramhaputra Mail.

Interroagtion is on to detect the criminal network, police added.
