Police issues advisory on purchase of spurious liquor

New Delhi, Sep 28 (UNI) Police today issued an advisory asking people not to procure liquor from unauthorised shops or individuals during the festival season.

The advisory said it has come to the notice of the police that some country-made liquor which is very harmful has found its way into Delhi.

Appealing people to buy liquor only from government authorised shops, it said the consumption of spurious liquor may cause loss of life and irreparable damage to the human body.
