MP Govt's achievement discussed in state BJP executive meet

Bhopal, Sep 28 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh BJP executive meeting today passed a political resolution besides discussing the state government's achievements.

State party president Satyanarain Jatia told reporters here that suggestions were sought to carry forward the developmental programmes in an effective manner in the meeting attended by party executive members, cabinet members, district presidents and chiefs of frontal organisations.

On the poor condition of roads following the rainy season, he said suggestions had been given for the early repair of roads.

Regarding the spread of Chikungunya disease in several parts of the state, Dr Jatia said recommendation has been made for taking steps to check the disease.

He said party organisational elections were moving ahead as per scheduled programme. Elections to local and divisional committees were over, while elections to district and state units would be completed by October 10 and October 30 respectively.
